PRIVATE HATHA~DOSHA YOGA CLASSES

In this private class you will practice the five main components of a yoga practice: asana, pranayama, concentration, mantra and meditation. As well as ayurvedic principles and how that can be applied on and off the yoga mat to bring you to a state of balance in your life. The routine is prepared only toward your needs in the current season. Location: Right in the privacy of your own home.
